Sephora UK is hiring a part‑time Beauty Advisor — Stock & Cash in Belfast. Join a dynamic retail team delivering expert makeup, skincare and fragrance service.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalised beauty consultations across makeup, skincare and fragrance, educating customers on application techniques and product benefits.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and maintain a tidy, well‑organised cash area while adhering to cash-handling procedures.
  • Receive, check and organise deliveries; support regular stock counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Replenish stock and maintain visually compelling displays; remove expired or damaged items to preserve merchandising standards.
  • Proactively drive sales through upselling, promoting Sephora services and the loyalty programme to achieve store targets.
  • Support visual merchandising updates, promotional activations and new‑store opening tasks such as unboxing and preparing stock.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, share best practices and participate in team training and meetings to support continuous development.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in retail, customer service or store operations including cash and stock duties is preferred.
  • Strong product knowledge or demonstrable passion for makeup, skincare and fragrance, with practical application experience advantageous.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer‑centric approach and the ability to build long‑term client relationships.
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational capabilities to manage inventory and merchandising tasks.
  • Physical ability to lift and carry boxes, stand for extended periods and perform repetitive physical tasks.
