The Beauty Advisor provides paid beauty services at Sephora, including personalized consultations, makeup application and skincare treatments, while delivering inclusive client service and supporting sales events. This is a permanent, full-time hourly position in St. Albert, Alberta, paying CAD 17.50–20.60 per hour.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide personalized beauty consultations by understanding clients’ beauty goals and recommending suitable products and services.
- Perform customized beauty services, including makeup application and skincare treatments, while adhering to health and hygiene standards.
- Demonstrate makeup techniques and skincare routines through product application.
- Stay informed about current beauty trends, new products and Sephora brand launches.
- Deliver exceptional client service in a welcoming and inclusive environment, and manage bookings and rebookings for beauty services.
- Participate in sales events and promotions to engage customers and contribute to store sales goals.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of trending beauty products.

Experience
