Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to individual client needs
- Demonstrate product expertise and educate clients on beauty products, techniques, and application methods
- Maintain current knowledge of beauty trends, new product launches, and industry innovations
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators
- Support inventory management, merchandising displays, and store presentation standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming retail environment
