Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client’s needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate product expertise across makeup, skincare and fragrance to educate and empower clients.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators through clienteling and upselling.
- Maintain merchandising standards, support inventory tasks and ensure the salesfloor is clean, organized and inviting.
- Stay current with beauty trends, product launches and application techniques to provide relevant advice.
- Promote an inclusive, team‑oriented environment and adhere to all company policies and safety standards.
- Be available for scheduled shifts during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.
Qualifications
- Previous client‑facing experience in retail, hospitality or a similar service environment preferred.
- Demonstrable passion for beauty, trends and product knowledge.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a consultative sales approach.
- Reliable availability and punctuality to meet required weekly shift commitments.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
