Sephora seeks a Part-time Beauty Advisor in Springfield, VA. Hourly $21.75–$24.88; provide personalized consultations and drive in-store sales.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized in-store beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to client needs and preferences.
  • Demonstrate product expertise across makeup, skincare and fragrance to educate and empower clients.
  • Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to store KPIs through consultative selling and conversion.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards, support inventory processes and ensure a clean, inviting retail environment.
  • Stay current with beauty trends and product launches to offer relevant advice and build repeat clientele.
  • Foster an inclusive, collaborative atmosphere and adhere to company policies to ensure a safe shopping experience.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to provide excellent customer service and build strong client relationships in retail, hospitality or client-facing roles.
  • Passion for beauty, trends and confidence-building product advice.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable engaging diverse clientele.
  • Availability for flexible scheduling including nights, weekends and holidays; reliable attendance and punctuality.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience
