Sephora in Spokane Valley, WA is hiring a Beauty Advisor (Full‑Time). Hourly pay $18.00–$20.50; provide personalised beauty consultations and drive in‑store sales.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalised in‑store consultations and product recommendations that address each client’s needs and preferences.
  • Demonstrate deep product expertise across makeup, skincare, fragrance and tools to educate and empower clients.
  • Proactively stay current with beauty trends, launches and techniques to ensure advice remains relevant and inspiring.
  • Drive sales performance by meeting and exceeding individual KPIs and collaboratively supporting store targets.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards, assist with inventory tasks and ensure a clean, organised, and inviting retail environment.
  • Foster an inclusive, team-oriented atmosphere that aligns with Sephora’s culture of belonging and high customer service standards.
  • Adhere to company policies and loss-prevention procedures to safeguard clients and colleagues.

Qualifications

  • Entry-level role; previous experience in retail, hospitality or client-facing environments preferred.
  • Demonstrable passion for beauty and current industry trends.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a consultative sales approach.
  • Reliable availability for retail peak hours, including nights, weekends and holidays; full‑time availability (30–40 hrs/week).
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
