Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to individual client needs
- Demonstrate comprehensive product expertise and educate clients on beauty techniques and applications
- Monitor current beauty trends, new product launches, and industry innovations to provide relevant recommendations
- Drive sales performance and exceed key performance indicators set by management
