Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized, client-focused beauty consultations and product recommendations across makeup, skincare and fragrance.
- Demonstrate product knowledge and application techniques to educate and empower clients.
- Stay current with beauty trends, product launches and application methods to provide relevant advice.
- Drive sales and key performance indicators through effective clienteling and conversion.
- Support merchandising, inventory tasks and visual presentation to maintain an organized, inviting sales floor.
- Maintain store standards for cleanliness, safety and compliance with company policies.
