Sephora in South Windsor, CT is hiring a part-time Beauty Advisor ($19.80–$26.00/hr) to deliver personalised consultations and drive store sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised beauty consultations and product recommendations that meet each client’s needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate and communicate product expertise to educate and empower clients across skincare, makeup and fragrance.
- Stay current with beauty trends, product launches and application techniques to maintain relevancy in client interactions.
- Drive sales performance and strive to exceed individual KPIs and store targets through proactive clienteling and conversion.
- Support merchandising, inventory control and visual presentation to ensure a clean, organised and on-brand environment.
- Uphold company policies, loss-prevention procedures and create a safe, welcoming shopping experience for all clients.
- Contribute to an inclusive team culture by collaborating with colleagues and supporting store initiatives.
Qualifications
- Previous retail, hospitality or client-facing experience with a demonstrated ability to deliver excellent customer service.
- Passion for beauty, trends and helping clients build confidence through product solutions.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable conducting one-to-one consultations.
- Reliable attendance, punctuality and availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience
Entry-level role; previous retail, hospitality or other client-facing experience is preferred but not mandatory.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; cosmetology, beauty or related certifications preferred.
