Sephora is hiring a part-time Beauty Advisor at its Maine Mall store in South Portland, Maine, for a permanent position of 15–29 hours per week. The role delivers personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations, supports sales goals, inventory and merchandising, and helps maintain an inclusive, welcoming store; pay is $18.00–$20.50 per hour, depending on qualifications, experience, and other position- or location-specific business factors.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client’s needs.
- Share product expertise to educate and empower clients in their beauty journey.
- Keep current with beauty products, techniques, and trends to provide relevant advice.
