Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized one-on-one beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client’s needs.
- Demonstrate product knowledge through live demonstrations, sampling and application techniques.
- Stay current with beauty trends, product launches and category innovations to provide relevant guidance.
- Meet and exceed daily and weekly sales targets and key performance indicators through consultative selling.
- Support merchandising, inventory replenishment and point-of-sale activities to maintain store presentation.
- Ensure a clean, organized and welcoming environment that reflects Sephora brand standards.
