Sephora is hiring a part-time Beauty Advisor in South Barrington to provide personalized consultations, expert product recommendations, and an inclusive client experience while supporting sales goals, inventory, merchandising, and store standards. The role requires availability for 15–29 hours per week, including peak retail periods, and pays $19.80–$22.90 per hour.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to their needs.
- Share product expertise to educate and empower clients in their beauty journeys.
- Keep up with beauty products, techniques, and trends to provide relevant advice.
- Work to exceed sales goals and key performance indicators.
