Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and tailored product recommendations to meet individual client needs.
- Demonstrate product expertise across makeup, skincare, fragrance and tools to educate and empower clients.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of beauty trends, launches and techniques to ensure relevant client advice.
- Drive sales performance and key performance indicators through proactive client engagement and follow-up.
- Support store operations including merchandising, inventory handling, visual presentation and housekeeping to uphold brand standards.
- Contribute to an inclusive team culture that values collaboration, punctuality and reliability; be available for nights, weekends and holiday shifts as required.
Qualifications
- Previous client-facing experience in retail, hospitality or a similarly customer-centric environment preferred.
- Passion for beauty products, trends and client empowerment.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a consultative sales approach.
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work to sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform typical retail tasks for the duration of a shift.

Experience
Entry-level role; previous customer-service or retail experience is preferred and helpful for building client relationships and meeting sales objectives.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; cosmetology, esthetics or other beauty-related certification is a plus.
