Sephora in South Barrington, IL is hiring a part-time Beauty Advisor to provide personalized consultations and product recommendations.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client’s needs and preferences.
  • Demonstrate product expertise and educate clients on application techniques, ingredients, and regimen routines.
  • Stay current with beauty trends, new product launches and category developments to provide relevant advice.
  • Drive sales performance by achieving individual KPIs and contributing to store revenue goals.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards, assist with inventory, restocking and product presentation to ensure an inviting retail environment.
  • Support store operations by following company policies, ensuring a safe shopping experience, and participating in a collaborative team culture.
  • Work flexible shifts including nights, weekends and holidays as required by store scheduling.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience delivering exceptional client service in retail, hospitality or a client-facing environment preferred.
  • Passion for beauty, trends and product innovation with an ability to translate knowledge into tailored client advice.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a client-centric mindset.
  • Collaborative team player who thrives in a goal-oriented retail environment.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as needed for merchandising and inventory tasks.

Experience
