Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized in‑store consultations and product recommendations that address individual client needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate product expertise across makeup, skincare and fragrance; educate and empower clients with current techniques and trends.
- Drive sales and achieve performance metrics through proactive clienteling and effective conversion of walk‑in traffic.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards, support inventory processes, and ensure the selling floor is clean, organized and well stocked.
- Work collaboratively with the store team to foster an inclusive environment and uphold Sephora policies for a safe shopping experience.
- Be available for scheduled shifts during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends and holidays; meet minimum weekly hours for part‑time roles.
Qualifications
- Previous retail, hospitality, or client‑facing experience with demonstrated ability to deliver excellent customer service.
- Passion for beauty products, trends and a clear desire to educate and inspire clients.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable building lasting client relationships.
- Reliable attendance, punctuality and flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience
Entry‑level role; prior retail, hospitality, or client‑facing experience is preferred but not mandatory. Demonstrated ability to build rapport and meet sales objectives is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
