Role & Responsibilities

  • Provides personalized beauty consultations and tailored product recommendations to meet each client’s needs.
  • Demonstrates product expertise by educating clients on application, benefits and ingredients.
  • Stays current with beauty trends, product launches and techniques to deliver relevant advice.
  • Drives sales performance by meeting and exceeding individual sales goals and key performance indicators.
