Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and tailored product recommendations to meet individual client needs.
- Demonstrate product expertise across makeup, skincare and fragrance to educate and empower clients.
- Stay informed on industry trends, new product launches and application techniques to provide up‑to‑date advice.
- Drive sales performance by meeting or exceeding daily and weekly KPIs and sales targets.
- Support inventory control, merchandising standards and visual presentation to maintain a welcoming retail environment.
- Ensure store cleanliness, organization and compliance with company policies to create a safe shopping experience.
- Foster an inclusive, collaborative atmosphere that supports teamwork and client belonging.
- Maintain punctuality and reliability; be available for peak retail hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
Qualifications
- Previous customer‑facing experience in retail, hospitality, or a client service environment preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service and build lasting client relationships.
- Passion for beauty, product trends and a desire to share expertise with clients.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Collaborative team player who works effectively in a goal‑oriented environment.
- Quick learner with an aptitude for absorbing and relaying product knowledge.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
- Flexible availability to meet required weekly shifts and peak retail schedules.

Experience
Entry‑level position; prior retail, hospitality or other client‑facing experience is preferred but not required.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
