Sephora Canada seeks a part-time Beauty Advisor in Sherbrooke, QC—delivering personalized consultations and driving beauty sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to individual client needs
- Educate clients on beauty trends, new techniques, and product innovations to build confidence in their purchasing decisions
- Stay current with emerging beauty trends and product launches to provide relevant expert guidance
- Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators while supporting the broader team objectives
- Manage store inventory, merchandising displays, and stockroom organization to maintain an inviting retail environment
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization standards to create a welcoming customer experience
- Work scheduled shifts during peak shopping periods, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Qualifications
- Experience delivering excellent customer service in a retail or hospitality environment
- Demonstrable passion for beauty products, trends, and cosmetic applications
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented, goal-driven environment
- Physical capability to lift and move items up to 22.7 kg (50 lbs)
- Self-confidence and professional presence
Skills
Experience
Beginner level with retail or customer service experience preferred; passion for beauty can offset limited formal experience.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent; additional beauty or cosmetic training is an asset.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 18.10 to CAD 22.65 per hour.
