Sephora Canada in Sherbrooke seeks a Full-Time Beauty Advisor to deliver personalised consultations and drive sales (Beauty Advisor, Sherbrooke).
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised in-store beauty consultations and tailored product recommendations to build client confidence and loyalty.
- Demonstrate product expertise across makeup, skincare and fragrance to educate and empower customers.
- Drive sales performance and meet or exceed individual and store KPIs through clientelling and consultative selling.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards, manage replenishment and ensure the sales floor is clean, organised and welcoming.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, new product launches and application techniques to provide relevant advice.
- Work flexible hours and be available during peak periods (evenings, weekends, holidays) to support store needs.
Qualifications
- Experience in retail or customer-facing roles with a track record of delivering excellent customer service.
- Passion for beauty products, trends and application techniques, with a confident and professional demeanour.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport quickly with diverse clients.
- Team-oriented mindset and ability to perform in a collaborative, target-driven environment while upholding inclusion principles.
- Physically able to lift and move loads up to 22.7 kg and meet the attendance requirements for full-time scheduling (30–40 hours/week).

Experience
Previous retail or customer-service experience is preferred; entry-level candidates with demonstrable customer-facing aptitude and a passion for beauty will be considered.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; cosmetology, aesthetics or beauty-related certification is an asset.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 17.10 to CAD 21.40 per hour.
