Role & Responsibilities
- Provide enthusiastic and knowledgeable service to clients in Colour, Skincare, Fragrance, and Cash areas.
- Greet all clients with enthusiasm and determine their needs to suggest suitable products.
- Communicate product knowledge effectively to clients and provide makeovers as required.
- Complete in-depth brand training and actively pursue additional product knowledge.
- Participate in inventory control and communicate any issues to the Manager.
- Ensure compliance with sampling policies and procedures.
- Be informed about special events and animations within the store.
- Participate in programs to reduce shortage and loss.
Qualifications
- One to three years of experience in retail or service industry.
Skills
Experience
Beginner level experience in retail or service industry is required.
