Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide enthusiastic and knowledgeable service to clients in Colour, Skincare, Fragrance, and Cash areas.
  • Greet all clients with enthusiasm and determine their needs to suggest suitable products.
  • Communicate product knowledge effectively to clients and provide makeovers as required.
  • Complete in-depth brand training and actively pursue additional product knowledge.
  • Participate in inventory control and communicate any issues to the Manager.
  • Ensure compliance with sampling policies and procedures.
  • Be informed about special events and animations within the store.
  • Participate in programs to reduce shortage and loss.

Qualifications

  • One to three years of experience in retail or service industry.

Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to influence business partners at all levels. Flexibility to work days, nights, and weekends.

Experience

Beginner level experience in retail or service industry is required.
