Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service in alignment with Sephora's philosophy.
- Manage sales by adhering to company standards for makeup and uniform, providing consultation and product selection assistance to customers.
- Participate in and complete foundational training at Sephora University, as well as brand and regional training sessions to enhance product knowledge.
- Oversee the management of designated areas, ensuring product displays are prepared and shelves and drawers are maintained in pristine condition.
- Execute cashier duties following established procedures and standard operating protocols.
- Assist the store manager in maintaining balanced inventory levels.
