Sephora is seeking a Beauty Advisor in Shenzhen to deliver outstanding customer service and manage sales in accordance with company standards. The role involves participating in training programs, maintaining product displays, and assisting with inventory management. Role & Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service in alignment with Sephora's philosophy.
- Manage sales by adhering to company standards for appearance and uniform, offering consultation and product selection advice to customers.
- Participate in and complete foundational training and assessments at Sephora University, as well as brand and regional training sessions, to maintain comprehensive product knowledge.
- Oversee the management of designated areas, ensuring product displays are prepared and shelves and drawers are kept clean.
- Execute cashier duties following established procedures and standard operating protocols.
- Assist the store manager in maintaining inventory balance.
