Role & Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service in line with Sephora's philosophy.
- Manage sales by advising customers on suitable products and maintaining company standards for appearance and uniform.
- Participate in and complete Sephora University foundational training and other brand and regional training sessions to enhance product knowledge.
- Manage designated areas by preparing product displays and maintaining cleanliness of shelves and drawers.
- Perform cashier duties following standard operating procedures.
- Assist the store manager in maintaining inventory balance.
