Sephora UK seeks a Part‑Time Beauty Advisor in Sheffield — deliver sales, stock and cash operations while advising on makeup, skincare and fragrance.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised product advice across makeup, skincare and fragrance, educating customers on application techniques and routines.
- Drive sales through proactive client engagement, upselling and promotion of Sephora services and the loyalty programme.
- Process transactions accurately and maintain an organised, secure cash area.
- Receive, check and organise deliveries; support stock counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Replenish stock and ensure product displays and promotional fixtures are visually compelling and well maintained.
- Support visual merchandising updates, promotional rollouts and new product launches.
- Collaborate with teammates to share best practices, participate in training and contribute to team performance.
- Assist with new store opening tasks such as unboxing, merchandising and preparing stock when required.
Qualifications
- Experience in retail, customer service or store operations, including cash and stock handling.
- Demonstrable passion and technical knowledge of makeup, skincare and fragrance.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and deliver personalised recommendations.
- Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail.
- Physical ability to lift/ carry stock, stand for extended periods and perform routine physical tasks.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays as required.

Experience
Previous experience in retail or customer service is required, with demonstrable exposure to sales, cash handling and stock management in a fast‑paced environment.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
