Role & Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service in line with Sephora's standards.
- Manage sales by advising customers on suitable products while adhering to company guidelines on appearance and uniform.
- Participate in and complete Sephora University training and other brand-specific training sessions.
- Maintain product displays and ensure cleanliness of shelves and drawers in designated areas.
- Process customer transactions following cash register procedures and standard operating protocols.
- Assist store managers in maintaining balanced inventory levels.
