Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service in line with Sephora's philosophy.
  • Manage sales by adhering to company standards for appearance and uniform, offering consultations and product recommendations.
  • Participate in and complete Sephora University training and other brand and regional training sessions to gain product knowledge.
  • Prepare product displays and maintain cleanliness of shelves and drawers in designated areas.
  • Process customer purchases following cash register procedures and standard operating procedures.
  • Assist the store manager in maintaining stock inventory balance.
