Role & Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service in line with Sephora's philosophy.
- Manage sales by adhering to company standards for appearance and uniform, offering consultation and product selection advice.
- Participate in and complete Sephora University training and various brand and in-store training sessions to enhance product knowledge.
- Prepare and maintain product displays, ensuring cleanliness of shelves and drawers.
- Process customer transactions following cash register procedures and standard operating procedures.
- Assist the store manager in maintaining inventory balance.
Qualifications
- Passion for the beauty industry and a willingness to embrace challenges.
- Exceptional customer service awareness.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Flexibility to work shifts, with two days off per week, and an eight-hour workday.
Skills
Experience
Experience in retail or customer service is preferred, particularly within the beauty sector.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

The role is situated in Shanghai, Shanghai, China. There are currently 414 open positions in Shanghai on Cerulean, with 17 added recently. Competitive salary with various sales bonuses and a year-end double salary.
