Role & Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service in line with Sephora's philosophy.
- Manage sales by adhering to company standards for appearance and uniform, offering consultation and product selection advice.
- Participate in and complete Sephora University training and various brand and in-store training sessions to enhance product knowledge.
- Prepare and maintain product displays, ensuring cleanliness of shelves and drawers.
- Process customer transactions following cash register procedures and standard operating protocols.
- Assist the store manager in maintaining inventory balance.
