Role & Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service in line with Sephora's standards.
- Manage sales by advising customers on suitable products and maintaining the required appearance and uniform standards.
- Participate in and complete Sephora University training and various brand and in-store training sessions to enhance product knowledge.
- Prepare and maintain product displays and ensure cleanliness of shelves and drawers in the designated area.
- Process customer purchases according to cash register procedures and standard operating procedures.
- Assist the store manager in maintaining balanced inventory levels.
Qualifications
- Passion for the beauty industry and a willingness to embrace challenges.
- Excellent customer service awareness.
- Strong communication and stress management skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, with two days off per week and eight-hour workdays.

No specific experience required, but a passion for beauty and customer service is essential.

Compensation
