Role & Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service in line with Sephora's standards.
- Manage sales by advising customers on suitable products and adhering to company grooming and uniform standards.
- Participate in and complete Sephora University training and other brand and in-store training sessions to enhance product knowledge.
- Maintain product displays and ensure cleanliness of shelves and drawers in designated areas.
- Process customer transactions following cash register procedures and standard operating protocols.
- Assist the store manager in maintaining inventory balance.
Qualifications
- Passion for the beauty industry and a willingness to embrace challenges.
- Excellent customer service awareness.
- Strong communication and stress management skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, with two days off per week, and 8-hour workdays.

No specific experience required, but a passion for beauty and customer service is essential.
