Role & Responsibilities
- Provide customer service in line with Sephora's philosophy.
- Manage sales by adhering to company standards for makeup and uniform, offering consultation and product selection advice.
- Participate in and complete Sephora University training and other brand and regional training sessions to gain product knowledge.
- Manage designated area by preparing product displays and maintaining cleanliness of shelves and drawers.
- Process customer purchases following cash register procedures and standard operating procedures.
- Assist the store manager in maintaining stock balance.

- Passion for the beauty industry and a willingness to embrace challenges.
- Exceptional customer service awareness.
- Strong communication skills and ability to handle pressure.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, with two days off per week and eight-hour workdays.
