Sephora in Sète, France is recruiting a Beauty Advisor on a 35h fixed‑term contract (CDD).
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and deliver personalised beauty consultations across make-up, skincare and fragrance categories.
- Drive sales through consultative selling, cross‑selling and conversion of advice into purchase.
- Create exceptional customer experiences to build loyalty and participate actively in store events and commercial challenges.
- Maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge and share brand expertise with clients.
- Support merchandising standards, visual presentation and replenishment to ensure an inspiring retail environment.
- Operate point‑of‑sale transactions and contribute to daily store operational tasks as required.
Qualifications
- Strong customer‑service orientation with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Energetic, enthusiastic and attentive to detail with a commercial mindset.
- Team player who thrives in a fast‑paced retail environment.
- Ability to adapt quickly, learn product ranges and meet sales targets.
- Previous retail or beauty experience is an advantage but not mandatory.

Entry‑level role suitable for candidates with little or no prior experience; previous retail or beauty sector exposure is beneficial. On‑the‑job training will be provided to develop product knowledge and selling techniques.
Education
Secondary education (high school diploma) or equivalent; vocational training in beauty/cosmetology is a plus.
