Sephora seeks a part-time Beauty Advisor in Sesto San Giovanni, Milan. Deliver personalized consultations and drive store sales in this temporary role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet customers and ensure a unique, memorable shopping experience that leaves them feeling pampered, listened to, and expertly advised
- Build strong client relationships and deliver client-centric solutions through personalized beauty consultations tailored to individual profiles
- Actively contribute to achieving store objectives including budget and sales targets, adapting to strategic changes and new action plans
- Support the Store Manager and Specialists in managing daily store activities and operations
- Foster team spirit and a positive, productive work environment by collaborating with colleagues and celebrating successes
- Handle point-of-sale transactions and utilize retail software applications with proficiency
Qualifications
- Previous experience in similar roles such as Sales Assistant, Promoter, or Beauty Consultant, preferably within dynamic multinational retail environments
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Good knowledge of English
- Knowledge of key commerce KPIs and sales metrics
- Proficiency in using retail devices and key software applications

Experience
Entry-level to beginner candidates are encouraged to apply; previous experience in customer-facing retail, sales support, or beauty consultation roles is preferred but not mandatory for motivated candidates with demonstrated passion for beauty and customer service.
