Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client's needs
- Demonstrate comprehensive product expertise and educate clients on beauty techniques and benefits
- Monitor and communicate the latest beauty products, trends, and techniques to maintain client engagement
- Exceed sales goals and key performance indicators through consultative selling
- Support store inventory management, merchandising displays, and maintain a clean, welcoming environment
- Foster an inclusive, collaborative team culture and promote the Sephora inclusion and belonging pledge

Qualifications
