Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to individual client needs
- Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge and educate clients on beauty trends, techniques, and innovations
- Drive sales performance and exceed key performance indicators while supporting store targets
- Maintain accurate inventory, execute merchandising standards, and ensure a clean, organized shopping environment
