Sephora in Seattle is hiring a part-time Beauty Advisor (WA-8th & Westlake) — hourly pay $21.75–$24.88, client-facing retail role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised beauty consultations and product recommendations that meet each client’s unique needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate product expertise across makeup, skincare and fragrance to educate and empower clients.
- Stay current with industry trends, new product launches and application techniques to provide relevant advice.
- Contribute to store sales targets by driving conversion and meeting key performance indicators.
- Support visual merchandising, inventory management and maintain a clean, organised and welcoming retail environment.
- Promote an inclusive, collaborative atmosphere and uphold company policies to ensure a safe shopping experience.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to deliver excellent client service in retail, hospitality or another client-facing setting.
- Passion for beauty, trends and helping clients feel confident.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable advising diverse clientele.
- Reliable availability for retail peak hours including nights, weekends and holidays; ability to meet minimum weekly shift requirements.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Entry-level role; previous experience in retail, hospitality or another client-focused environment is preferred but candidates with strong customer-service aptitude will be considered.
