Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalised beauty consultations and product recommendations that meet each client’s unique needs and preferences.
  • Demonstrate product expertise across makeup, skincare and fragrance to educate and empower clients.
  • Stay current with industry trends, new product launches and application techniques to provide relevant advice.
  • Contribute to store sales targets by driving conversion and meeting key performance indicators.
  • Support visual merchandising, inventory management and maintain a clean, organised and welcoming retail environment.
  • Promote an inclusive, collaborative atmosphere and uphold company policies to ensure a safe shopping experience.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to deliver excellent client service in retail, hospitality or another client-facing setting.
  • Passion for beauty, trends and helping clients feel confident.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable advising diverse clientele.
  • Reliable availability for retail peak hours including nights, weekends and holidays; ability to meet minimum weekly shift requirements.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
