Sephora Seattle seeks a Beauty Advisor (Flex). Part‑time hourly role in Ballard Blocks, $21.75–$28/hr; deliver personalized beauty consultations.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client’s needs and preferences.
  • Demonstrate product expertise across skincare, makeup and fragrance; educate and empower clients on application and routines.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of beauty trends, launches and techniques to provide relevant advice and inspire repeat visits.
  • Drive sales and meet individual and store key performance indicators through consultative selling and clienteling.
  • Support merchandising, inventory management and visual standards to ensure an organized, welcoming sales floor.
  • Uphold company policies and contribute to a safe, inclusive and professional shopping environment.

Qualifications

  • Passion for beauty, trends and helping clients feel confident.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach.
  • Reliable availability for retail peak hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.
  • Ability to meet scheduling minimums for a flexible/part‑time role and maintain punctual attendance.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience
