Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized one‑to‑one beauty consultations and tailored product recommendations that address each client’s needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate product expertise and educate clients on application techniques, ingredient benefits, and complementary products.
- Stay current with beauty trends, new product launches and techniques to provide relevant, up‑to‑date advice.
- Drive sales performance and contribute to achieving store KPIs through consultative selling and client follow‑up.
- Support merchandising, inventory processes and maintain a clean, organized and inviting sales floor.
- Uphold company standards and policies to ensure a safe, inclusive and welcoming environment for clients and colleagues.
- Work flexibly to cover required shifts during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service and build strong client relationships in retail, hospitality or other client‑facing roles.
- Passion for beauty products, trends, and client empowerment.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable advising diverse clientele.
- Reliable availability to meet minimum weekly shift requirements and to work peak retail hours (nights, weekends, holidays).
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience
Entry‑level role; previous experience in retail, hospitality or another client‑facing environment is preferred but not required. Demonstrated ability to provide excellent service and meet sales objectives is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
