Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized one‑to‑one beauty consultations and tailored product recommendations that address each client’s needs and preferences.
  • Demonstrate product expertise and educate clients on application techniques, ingredient benefits, and complementary products.
  • Stay current with beauty trends, new product launches and techniques to provide relevant, up‑to‑date advice.
  • Drive sales performance and contribute to achieving store KPIs through consultative selling and client follow‑up.
  • Support merchandising, inventory processes and maintain a clean, organized and inviting sales floor.
  • Uphold company standards and policies to ensure a safe, inclusive and welcoming environment for clients and colleagues.
  • Work flexibly to cover required shifts during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service and build strong client relationships in retail, hospitality or other client‑facing roles.
  • Passion for beauty products, trends, and client empowerment.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable advising diverse clientele.
  • Reliable availability to meet minimum weekly shift requirements and to work peak retail hours (nights, weekends, holidays).
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience
