The Beauty Advisor delivers tailored beauty consultations and product recommendations, shares product expertise, supports sales goals and store presentation, and contributes to an inclusive, safe shopping environment. This is a permanent, full-time role with a 30–40-hour weekly schedule; hourly pay is $18.00–$20.50, depending on qualifications, experience, and other legitimate business factors specific to the position or location.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client’s needs.
- Share product expertise to educate and empower clients in their beauty journeys.
- Keep up with current beauty products, techniques, and trends to provide relevant advice.
- Work to exceed sales goals and key performance indicators.
- Support inventory and merchandising, and maintain a clean, organized, welcoming environment.
- Promote an inclusive culture where everyone feels empowered.
- Follow company policies and help maintain a safe, secure, enjoyable shopping experience.
- Meet the required minimum number of weekly shifts and hours; full-time schedules are 30–40 hours per week.

- Previous experience and demonstrated ability to provide excellent service and build strong client relationships in a retail, hospitality, or other client-focused environment.

- Ability to learn quickly and absorb and share product knowledge.
- Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
