Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client's needs and preferences
- Demonstrate comprehensive product expertise and educate clients on beauty techniques and application methods
- Monitor and share knowledge of latest beauty trends, products, and industry innovations to provide relevant advice
- Achieve or exceed sales goals and key performance indicators set by management
- Support inventory management, merchandising displays, and maintain a clean, organized, welcoming store environment
- Foster an inclusive team culture and promote a sense of belonging among colleagues and clients

Qualifications

Skills
