Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and tailored product recommendations aligned with individual client needs
- Demonstrate comprehensive product expertise and share beauty knowledge to educate and empower clients
- Stay current with emerging beauty trends, products, and techniques to provide relevant and timely advice
- Drive sales performance and exceed key performance indicators through engagement and client relationships
