Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and tailored product recommendations to meet individual client needs
- Demonstrate comprehensive product expertise and educate clients to empower their beauty journey
- Maintain awareness of the latest beauty products, techniques, and industry trends to provide relevant, current advice
- Support inventory management, merchandising, and ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment
- Drive sales results and exceed key performance indicators as established by Sephora
- Foster an inclusive, collaborative team culture that celebrates diversity and makes all clients feel empowered
