Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized, consultative beauty services and product recommendations to each client.
  • Demonstrate product expertise across makeup, skincare and fragrance to educate and empower clients.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets and key performance indicators through proactive client engagement.
  • Maintain merchandising standards, support inventory processes and ensure the sales floor is clean, organized and inviting.
  • Stay current on beauty trends, launches and techniques to provide relevant, up‑to‑date advice.
  • Contribute to an inclusive, collaborative store culture and follow company policies to ensure a safe shopping experience.
  • Work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays; meet full‑time weekly hour requirements (30–40 hrs/week).

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to deliver excellent client service and build strong customer relationships, preferably in retail, hospitality or other client‑facing roles.
  • Passion for beauty, trends and helping clients feel confident.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable in a team environment.
  • Reliable attendance and availability for peak retail hours (nights, weekends and holidays).
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience
