Beauty Advisor position at Sephora in Savignano sul Rubicone, Italy. Part-time retail role delivering personalized beauty consultations and driving sales performance.
Role & Responsibilities
- Actively contribute to achieving store budgets and sales targets while adapting to strategic changes and new action plans
- Support the Store Manager and Specialists in managing daily store operations and customer flow
- Greet customers with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a memorable and personalized shopping experience
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by delivering consultative, client-centric beauty solutions
- Provide expert personalized consultations based on customer profiles, preferences, and beauty goals
- Foster positive team dynamics through collaborative engagement and celebration of collective and individual successes
- Maintain knowledge of key commerce KPIs and contribute to performance visibility
- Demonstrate initiative in high-intensity retail environments while maintaining service excellence
Qualifications
- Previous experience in similar roles such as Sales Assistant, Beauty Promoter, or Beauty Consultant
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Proficiency in retail device systems and relevant software applications
- Knowledge of key commerce metrics and retail performance indicators
- Strong English language proficiency
- Demonstrated sales drive and natural ability to influence customer decisions authentically
