Sephora is hiring a Beauty Advisor in Savignano sul Rubicone, Italy (part-time, fixed-term) focused on client consultations and retail sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and deliver personalised, memorable consultations and product recommendations across makeup, skincare, fragrance and haircare.
- Develop and nurture client relationships through tailored service and clienteling to drive repeat business and loyalty.
- Contribute to store commercial results by meeting individual and team sales targets and monitoring key retail KPIs.
- Support the Store Manager and in-store Specialists with daily operations, including merchandising, stockroom organisation and handling deliveries.
- Maintain brand visual and merchandising standards and ensure a polished salesfloor presentation.
- Foster a collaborative team environment, celebrate successes and participate in Sephora Stands social and environmental initiatives.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail sales, beauty consulting or promotional roles preferred (Sales Assistant, Promoter, Beauty Consultant).
- Customer-centric mindset with strong interpersonal and consultative selling abilities.
- Familiarity with basic retail KPIs and commercial objectives.
- Results-driven, adaptable and capable of working within a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Flexibility to work a part-time schedule on site and manage stockroom duties.
Skills
Experience
Previous retail or beauty sales experience is preferred; entry-level candidates with demonstrable customer service aptitude and a passion for beauty will be considered.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent.
