Sephora is seeking a flexible Beauty Advisor to deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations to clients while maintaining store standards and driving sales performance. The role involves product expertise demonstration, trend awareness, inventory support, and fostering an inclusive retail environment at the Savannah location. This part-time, hourly position offers flexible scheduling with shifts ranging from 4–14 hours weekly, including evenings, weekends, and holiday availability.

Role & Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client's individual needs and preferences
• Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge and educate clients on beauty techniques and trends to empower their purchasing decisions
• Maintain current awareness of emerging beauty products, innovations, and industry trends to provide relevant and timely advice
• Contribute to sales performance by exceeding assigned goals and key performance indicators through client engagement
• Support store operations including inventory management, merchandising execution, and maintaining a clean, organized, welcoming retail environment
• Promote an inclusive and collaborative culture where all clients and team members feel valued and empowered
• Uphold Sephora policies and procedures to ensure a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience for all visitors

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to provide excellent service and build strong client relationships in retail, hospitality, or client-facing environments
• Passion for beauty, cosmetics trends, and empowering client confidence
• Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills
• Team player mentality with ability to thrive in collaborative, goal-oriented, and inclusive team settings
• Quick learning capacity with ability to absorb and communicate product knowledge effectively
• Physical capability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds

Skills

Experience

Beginner-level experience or demonstrated ability in retail, hospitality, or client service roles; prior beauty industry experience is preferred but not required.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 16.60 to USD 19.30 per hour.
