Sephora Savannah seeks a part-time Beauty Advisor in Savannah, GA — deliver consultations, drive sales and earn $16.60–$19.30/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and tailored product recommendations that address individual client needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate product expertise across makeup, skincare and fragrance to educate and empower clients.
- Keep abreast of emerging beauty trends, product launches and application techniques to maintain relevance and authority in client interactions.
- Drive sales performance by meeting and exceeding individual and store KPIs through consultative selling and clienteling.
- Maintain store standards including visual merchandising, inventory support, cleanliness and an inviting presentation.
- Foster an inclusive, collaborative environment that supports team goals and a superior client experience.
- Adhere to company policies and safety procedures to ensure a secure, compliant shopping environment.
- Work flexible hours and reliably cover scheduled shifts during peak retail periods (nights, weekends, holidays).
Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to provide excellent client service in retail, hospitality or other client-focused environments.
- Passion for beauty products, trends and educating clients to build confidence.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable engaging diverse clientele.
- Team-oriented with a collaborative, goal-driven mindset.
- Quick learner with the capacity to absorb and share product knowledge effectively.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
- Punctuality and consistent attendance to meet scheduling requirements.

Experience
Entry-level role; previous retail, hospitality or client-facing experience is preferred and valued but not strictly required.
