Sephora Canada is hiring a Beauty Advisor in Saskatoon, SK. Flexible part-time role (0–14 hrs/week) offering CAD$16.00–$18.80/hr plus performance bonuses and career development.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client's unique needs
- Demonstrate comprehensive product expertise and educate clients on beauty techniques and applications
- Stay current with beauty trends, products, and industry innovations to provide relevant and timely advice
- Drive sales results and exceed key performance indicators through effective client engagement
- Support inventory management, merchandising displays, and maintain a clean, welcoming retail environment
- Foster an inclusive and collaborative culture where clients and team members feel empowered and valued
- Uphold Sephora Canada standards and maintain safe, secure shopping experiences for all clients
Qualifications
- Previous retail, hospitality, or client-focused service experience
