Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to individual client needs
- Educate and empower clients with comprehensive product knowledge and beauty expertise
- Monitor and stay current with emerging beauty products, techniques, and seasonal trends to deliver relevant advice
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators set by the organization
- Support inventory management, merchandising displays, and maintain a clean, organized retail environment
- Promote an inclusive, welcoming shopping environment and foster strong client relationships
- Uphold Sephora Canada policies and standards to ensure a safe and secure shopping experience
Qualifications
- Prior retail, hospitality, or client-focused service experience with demonstrated excellence
- Genuine passion for beauty, cosmetics, and personal empowerment
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Collaborative team player who thrives in goal-oriented environments
- Ability to quickly absorb and effectively communicate product knowledge
- Physical capability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
